Products and Services
- Mio Matcha sells matcha tea and related accessories/utensils through this online store.
- All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities of any products or discontinue any product at any time.
- Product descriptions, images, and other information are provided for guidance. We aim to be accurate but do not guarantee that all information is error-free, complete, or up to date.
Ordering Process
To place an order:
- Select the product(s) and add them to your cart.
- Proceed to checkout and enter your billing and shipping information.
- Choose your preferred shipping and payment method.
- Confirm and complete the payment.
After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase. This email is a confirmation that we have received your order, not a guarantee of availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or lack of stock. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.
Prices, Taxes and Promotions
- All prices shown on the website are in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT, unless stated otherwise.
- Prices may change at any time without prior notice, but such changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
- Shipping costs are not included in the product price and will be calculated and displayed at checkout, based on destination and shipping method.
- Promotions and discount codes are valid only for the period and conditions indicated and cannot be combined, unless otherwise stated.

- Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout and may vary depending on the destination and service selected. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
- Mio Matcha is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond our control (strikes, adverse weather, etc.).
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with confirmation and, where applicable, a tracking number.
The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

In summary:
- You generally have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return, subject to the conditions in the Refund & Return Policy.
